Features of the Product
Sodium Diacetate (SDA) is the molecular compound of sodium acetate and acetic acid, associated with a short hydrogen bond. Its chemical molecular formula is CH3COONa . CH3COOH . XH2O, It is a kind of white hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water (1g/ml) and ethanol, innocuous, and has acetic smell. It begins to break up when heated over 150, and emits fumes and pungent sour odor. The PH value of its aqueous solution (10 %) is 4.5 - 5.0 .
