Isolated Soy Protein (ISP)     
Raw Materials:  high quality Non-GMO soybean
Ingredients:  high quality low-temperature defatted soybean flakes
Application: dairy products, lactic acid drinks and dairy related products
Characteristics:
- Excellent stability of emulsification, slow delamination
- speedy dispersion, disperse system formed is stable.
- very good hydrophilicity and good solubility.
Usage:
- put the product into ingredients in the ratio 3-5% and tumble together.
- add the product directly to the finished products proportionally and stir uniformly.
